Idun’s Apple, terms of delivery:

1. General

All product prices are shown including Value Added Tax (VAT) 23%.

2. Payment

Products and delivery must be paid before shipping takes place. Choose your preferred payment method.

Methods of payment

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Saastopankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Alandsbanken and credit cards.

Payment through online banking and the related money transfers and financial services are provided by the Checkout service, which acts in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. Checkout receives the payment and disburses it to the merchant. The service experience appears as customary online payment for the user.

Credit cards

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Idun’s Apple will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Ostolaskut Oy (2284303-3). With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Ostolaskut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Ostolaskut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Ostolaskut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are added to prices indicated in “catalogue” and are displayed in total when you proceed to checkout.

For shipment you can choose:

3.1. Within Finland

Delivery to the nearest post office. 7,90/order.

Orders worth 200 euro and over are delivered free of charge (within Finland).

3.2. Within the EU

Priority postal package. Delivery to either given address or nearest postal office depending on destination.

Costs:
20 € for packages under 2 kg
25 € for packages under 5 kg
30 € for packages under 10 kg

4. Delivery

The ordered items are shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving the order.

5. Customer returns

Customer returns within Finland

Customers are entitled to return unused items within fourteen (14) days of receiving them, not including the day of delivery. The returned product and its packaging shall be in substantially the same condition as when received.

Customers are requested to notify Idun’s Apple of the return of items by email to info@idunsapple.fi BEFORE returning said items. Items can be returned at no cost by filling the product return form of the Finnish postal service. Returned items are to be posted to the address

Customer returns outside Finland

Return of product bought from countries other than Finland must be done in UPS customer return package. The costs are paid by the customer. Please note that Idun’s Apple cannot assume responsibility for return packages not received. Costs for delivery are not returned.

6. Force majeure

Idun’s Apple is not responsible for delays or damage caused by force majeure.

7. Settlement on disputes

Laws of Finland are applicable to disputes arising from these terms and conditions of delivery. All disputes arising under this Agreement which can not be negotiated shall be resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
